Are you accepting new patients?
Below you’ll find our notes on new registrations depending on the current intake status:
New registrations are subject to capacity. Please call us first.
- Family members (same household) of existing patients – after prior consultation
- Newborns/children of existing patients – after prior consultation
- Medically urgent cases – please clarify by phone
How can I book an appointment?
You can book appointments online via our Doctolib portal or by phone during our office hours. In medical emergencies, we also see patients without an appointment during opening hours. If possible, please call ahead.

As a primary care practice, you can visit us directly without a referral. For certain specialists or examinations, we can provide the required referral.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, vaccination record, existing medication plans, and relevant reports from specialists or hospitals. If available, allergy cards are also helpful.
Do you also do home visits?
If you cannot come to the practice for health reasons, we will clarify by phone whether a home visit is medically necessary. Please contact us by phone so we can agree on the next steps.

Which preventive exams do you offer?
We offer health check-ups, vaccination advice, and preventive examinations. Which examinations are appropriate for you will be discussed during the consultation.

Do you also provide travel vaccinations?
We provide vaccination advice and vaccinations. If you are planning a trip, please contact us early so we can plan the appropriate vaccinations and advice.

How does the video consultation work?
For certain issues, a video consultation may be suitable if it is medically appropriate. You need a device with camera and microphone and a stable connection. Book the appointment via Doctolib; the access link is provided in your confirmation.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested via our prescription hotline. Alternatively, for non-urgent matters you can send us a message via Doctolib. Please include your name, date of birth, and the medication requested.

What to do in medical emergencies and during our absence.
What should I do if the practice is closed and I urgently need a doctor?
For urgent but non-life-threatening medical problems outside our office hours, please contact the medical on-call service at **116 117**. For life-threatening emergencies (loss of consciousness, severe shortness of breath, suspected stroke or heart attack), call **112**.
Who covers when you are on vacation?
During our absence, current coverage information is published on our website and announced on the answering machine.
How do I recognize a medical emergency?
Signs of a medical emergency include sudden severe chest pain, acute shortness of breath, sudden paralysis, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or seizures. Call 112 immediately for these symptoms. For less acute but urgent complaints, we help during opening hours or the medical on-call service (116 117).
