2. Hosting and server log files
Each time our pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system, and, if applicable, error messages).
Processing is carried out to ensure secure and stable operation and to resolve issues (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.
3. Contacting us (phone / email)
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where contractual/pre-contractual communication applies; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Please note: Email is not a secure communication channel. If possible, do not send sensitive health data by email and do not use email for emergencies. For urgent matters, please call us.
4. Cookies / local storage
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. The public website does not use local storage.
5. Online appointments, video consultations and messages via Doctolib
On the pages Appointments, Video consultation, and Message, we link to our Doctolib offering (www.doctolib.de).
Only when you click one of these links does your browser access Doctolib and transmit the usual connection data.
Doctolib is independently responsible for data processing on the linked pages. Please refer to Doctolib’s privacy information.
6. Map view (OpenStreetMap)
The map display on the contact page is disabled by default. After clicking “Load map”, we load an embedded map from www.openstreetmap.org (iframe). Technically necessary data (IP address, time, browser data) is transmitted to OpenStreetMap.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The decision is not stored; the map is disabled again on the next page load.

8. Your rights

9. Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by not loading external content (e.g., the map) or by reloading the page.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or the place of the alleged infringement.
For North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany), this is typically the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LDI NRW).
